Josh provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. From my initial enquiry by email to having the chair delivered to my place of business. Josh was very helpful in so many ways including an adjustment to legs of the chair that was a little too high. I needed an ergonomic chair that had good lumbar support. Am so happy with the Fluteline Adjustable Footrest I ordered from Josh ~ it's exactly what my osteoarthritis needed. Used as a daily prop whilst writing for long periods of time the footrest has reduced ankle swelling and improved circulation.Big thank you too for advice given regarding a home office chair. My office chair broke and I was ready to spend thousands on the best ergonomic chair from a review. I was hesitant as I wanted to sit in one prior to purchase. I have neck and upper back pain so I was after something to support me. I found Josh after a google search on ergonomic office furniture in Newcastle. Lucky me. Josh recommended a chair that suits me perfectly for under $500. I received a full assessment of all my office equipment and also purchased a new mouse, monitor arms and a laptop stand. My monitors were too low and I no longer twist my wrist with my new mouse. I was able to trial the equipment prior to purchase to make sure it was perfect. So happy I found Josh's services, I cannot recommend him enough if you have any pains whilst working, or just can't get comfortable working. I have had ergonomic assessments before with no usable suggestions. Josh took the time to understand my (WFH) workspace, and also had excellent knowledge on my job and how I'd use a computer/mouse/keyboard (I work as a designer predominantly, so I use a mouse and keyboard quite differently to a typical computer worker). Josh made some suggestions with my existing furniture, and those small tweaks helped so much, I realised how much better I could be working. I had a chronically sore shoulder and thumb (who knew my chair and desk was causing most of my shoulder issues). I ended up getting a more appropriate desk and chair and I'm SO much happier. My shoulder has improved, and I'm already spending less time at my physio and OT (and less $$). I used to dread being at my desk, as by Wednesday I'd be crippled by pain - NO LONGER. I'm comfortable all week 🙏 Josh is also a physio and took the time to understand my pains, mechanics and repeated behaviours. Recently I had an ergonomic assessment completed by Joshua (Physiotherapist) from Ergo Experts.  Joshua was a 'handbook' of information.  After completing the assessment, alterations were made to my work station / chair.  The pain has lessened considerably (pain on my right side near shoulder blade and lower back).
